Slab Ready Tools is a digital software product. This starter policy explains cancellation timing and how refund requests are reviewed.
Digital product access
Purchases provide access to online software rather than a physical product. Access may begin shortly after payment and account confirmation.
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled through the billing portal to stop future billing. After cancellation, access remains available through the end of the period that has already been paid.
Refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case. Factors may include the timing of the request, account access, product use, and the circumstances described by the customer. Approval is not automatic.
Duplicate payments
Accidental duplicate payments can be reviewed. Include the account email and enough payment information to help support identify the charges, but do not email full payment card details.
